Large-scale relaunch of the online store, and the website usability improvement based on the customers’ interests and needs.

Analytics and engineering

Together with our friends from Media5 company, we won a tender to develop the design and implement the technical part of the project.

The team of the client and Media5 carried out a complex of works with the client’s focus groups, conducted the UX research, developed the information structure of the online store, and created prototypes of the internal pages.

Greensight’s team performed the code audit, and conducted A/B testing. In addition, we conducted the Western best practices research in the DIY market.

There are 3 types of the catalog display a customer can use depending on his tasks.

A product card displays all product attributes, reviews, and a list of services available at the store.
